Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we offer delivery worldwide, just select the option you require at checkout.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges (unless the product is faulty). We cannot offer refunds/exchanges on our jewellery due to hygiene reasons and as our hats and bags are personalised with your requested name/initials, they cannot be returned to us.

How do I look after my jewellery?

To keep your jewellry looking its best, avoid water and perfume and make sure to store it in the pouch provided.

How long does it take for my item/s to be delivered?

Jewellery orders are dispatched within three days and our personalised products are dispatched within five days. UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail second class as standard, should you need your order sooner than this, please select express shipping at checkout.

How do I look after my basket bag or straw fedora?

Gently wipe clean with a damp cloth (do not soak) and leave out to dry fully in a warm place. As our basket bags are handmade, each one is unique and therefore slight variations in size, shape and finish should be expected. Our products are made with love and are proudly unique to you.
